Peonca S. Grier, SHRM-CP, CP

PRESIDENT

Peonca S. Grier has over 25 years of management, worker’s compensation insurance defense, legal compliance, and project management experience. She received both her B.S. in Legal Studies and her M.S.M-HR from the University of Central Florida. She is SHRM Certified and holds the Certified Paralegal designation. She is also very well known for her passion for service and people. She sits on several boards for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Cultivating Solutions was founded in 2021 to satisfy a need for affordable business administration and human resource services to small and medium-sized non-profit and for-profit businesses and their CEOs. She has worked with numerous law firms in recruiting and retention efforts. She advocates for human capital and knows that employees are the most important business asset. Hiring, training, development, and retention are important to businesses of all sizes. Cultivating Solutions prides itself on doing “good” business with everyone it touches – including clients, colleagues, and the community. Cultivating Solutions works with businesses in all industries including legal, service, technology, entertainment, and real estate. It is our goal to build long-lasting relationships.
